PANORAMA – Solutions for a Healthy Planet is a partnership initiative that aims to share solutions across a range of conservation and sustainable development topics, enabling cross-sectoral learning and inspiration.
This website currently contains more than 550 nature-based solution across five thematic areas: a) protected areas, b) marine and coastal, c) ecosystem-based adaptation, d) agriculture and biodiversity and e) business engagement
A knowledge platform composed of over 60 universities and with over 270 case studies, OPPLA is an open knowledge marketplace on natural capital, ecosystem services and nature-based solutions.
Natural Hazards – Nature-based solutions
This platform is a hub for projects, investments, guidance and studies making use of nature to reduce the risks associated with natural hazards. Their main goal is to promote exchange of knowledge and lessons learned between various stakeholders and influence disaster risk reduction policy.
Nature-based Solutions Initiative
This is an interdisciplinary programme of research, policy advice and education based at the University of Oxford. The multidisciplinary programme aims to increase awareness of the capacity of nature-based solutions to address global challenges.
Nature4Climate (N4C) is an initiative of the UN Development Programme (UNDP), UN-REDD, UNEP, the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), Conservation International (CI), The Nature Conservancy (TNC), Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), Woods Hole Research Center, World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), World Resources Institute (WRI), and WWF. The main goal of this initiative is to enhance investments on nature-based solutions through partnerships between governments, civil society, business and investors in support of the 2015 Paris climate agreement.
