PEDRR Shoutout:  Nature-based Solutions to Societal Challenges featured on Australian Radio

On 06 May, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s Future Tense programme aired an interview with IUCN, TNC, Wageningen University and the Government of Netherlands on how Nature-based Solutions can support Eco-DRR and EbA. China’s investment plan for green storm water infrastructure
China is investing in reducing flood risks with green infrastructure in more than 30 cities across the country. In line with UN’s Sustainable Development Agenda, the project aims to transform 80 percent of urban areas to absorb, store and purify rainwater by 2030. Read the full article here
